Please be aware that a lot of our products are custom-made and crafted upon orders. Please give the delivery 10 to 15 working days in advance.

How much time will it take to create my custom piece?
We want you to have a pleasing, comfortable, and stress-free journey with us. Depending on how detailed your design is, it will take two to three weeks from the beginning to the point of manufacturing, including the sourcing of diamonds or gemstones.
Return guidelines?
Have you had a change of heart? No worries, you have ten days from the date of delivery to return your purchases for an exchange.
Items that are being returned must be undamaged, unworn, in perfect condition and include their original packing. Exchanges are subjected to availability.
Custom-made orders are not returnable.
